Prepared Porcini and Truffle for fillings

Summer truffle and porcini mushrooms sauce for fillings. A variation of the classic truffle sauce.

It combines the flavor and taste of summer truffle with that of porcini mushrooms. The grinding and the fragrance has been stuied specifically for stuffed pasta (fresh and frozen both), in order the flavor of truffle retains even when baked.

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. Once opened store in the refrigerator (+2° / +7° C), close with the cap provided.

Dosage recommended: depending on the degree and intensity of truffle taste and flavor required.
