Prepared Summer Truffle for producers in water/olive oil whole/slices

Whole and/or Sliced summer truffle in water or olive oil. 

A product designed specifically for the needs of pasta, dairy and cold cuts factories. The product is available in water and or olive oil depending on the company needs; truffles can also be whole or sliced.

This semifinished truffle product can be used also in preparation of sauces and food condiments.

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. Once opened store in the refrigerator (+2° / +7° C), close with the cap provided.

Dosage recommended: depending on the degree and intensity of truffle taste and flavor required.
